At Noank Shipyard, we are proud to be Groton’s premier full-service marina and boat yard, offering boaters exceptional care, expert craftsmanship, and a welcoming community right on the water. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with a 70-ton travel lift, allowing us to haul and launch vessels of all sizes with precision and care. We provide 150 floating slips in a protected harbor, giving boaters convenient access to dockage in one of Connecticut’s most scenic coastal destinations. From seasonal storage and haul-outs to repairs and maintenance, our experienced team is dedicated to keeping your boat in top condition and ready for every adventure.

In addition to our full range of marine services, Noank Shipyard is home to the Carefree Boat Club, offering members an easy and accessible way to enjoy boating without the hassle of ownership. On-site, boaters and visitors can also enjoy a waterfront restaurant, making it easy to relax and unwind after a day on the water.
